Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is lost or stolen please contact us so we can assist you with filing a claim or helping to locate your package.
  • We do not ship orders over $100 to PO boxes. If an order is placed over this amount, we will contact you for a new shipping address.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is defective. If you do receive a defective item, please email us at support@play-bility.com with details of the product, including photos, and the defect.
