What is the recommended age range for kits?
We recommend our products for ages 3 and older or once the child is no longer putting items in their mouth due to small parts and choking hazards.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days after purchase. Business days do not include Sundays and all holidays observed by USPS.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We do accept purchase orders. You can email the purchase order to support@play-bility.com and we will send you the invoice. Please make sure to include the purchase order number and that it is signed by whoever is responsible for payment.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do not ship orders over $100 to PO boxes. If an order is placed over this amount, we will contact you for a new shipping address.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is defective. If you do receive a defective item, please email us at support@play-bility.com with details of the product, including photos, and the defect.
